The national education policy vigorously develops the secondary vocational education request,the secondary vocational education teaching reform the growing need,the secondary vocational secretary student’s urgent need,has caused the education circle wide attention.According to the investigation,in the classroom teaching of secretary Practice in secondary vocational school,there still exists the phenomenon that teachers give priority to teaching and students blindly accept knowledge,and students lack the opportunity of independent exploration and cooperative learning,and their ability of active learning cannot be improved.In order to change this teaching situation,improve the collaboration in exploring ability of secondary vocational secretary majors,the paper will be the model of scaffolding instruction in secondary vocational secretary professional secretary practice in classroom teaching,tries to explore suitable for the teaching secretary professional technical secondary school,make the teaching close to the students,the zone of proximal development promote the students’ ability of independent exploration and collaborative learning.First of all,through sorting out the domestic and foreign literatures about scaffolding instruction mode and secretarial major teaching,the significance of scaffolding instruction mode applied to secretarial major teaching in secondary vocational schools is obtained.Secondly,using the survey method and the classroom observation,three secondary vocational schools of guangxi of secretarial major students in grade one,two questionnaire,understand students’ learning attitude towards the secretary practice course and classroom teaching problems,combined with field investigation and research into classroom teachers to the secretary practice teaching design and classroom teaching situation,so as to analyze the secretary practice problems of classroom teaching and the model ofscaffolding instruction in the course of the feasibility.Finally,this paper takes the 19 th grade secretary class of Nanning Vocational school as the teaching object,applies the scaffolding teaching mode in the classroom teaching of Secretary Practice,and takes the knowledge points of Receiving and making phone calls as teaching examples.Based on the data of pre-and post-teaching questionnaire and classroom observation,it is concluded that the scaffolding instruction mode is conducive to improving students’ interest in the course,improving the classroom situation,and cultivating students’ ability of independent exploration and cooperative learning.Through classroom teaching practice to scaffolding instruction model for secondary vocational secretary the secretary practice teaching have a positive impact,in order to improve the secretary practice provides a new research direction of classroom teaching,to expand the application range of scaffolding instruction model for scaffolding instruction mode of teaching to provide some experience and reference.
