Shanghai regions of the country as advanced education work in advancing students’ psychological health education work at the forefront of the country, Shanghai second phase of reform curriculum materials to train students clearly good psychological quality,noble sentiments and sound personality, mental ability and anti-frustration with the ability to meet the age characteristics of self-regulation, nowadays increasingly rapid changes in social development, secondary mental health problems are still many problems to be solved on the one hand with the rapid changes in the education sector of society to deal with students’psychological means and measures of health problems still lags behind,the education sector needs to keep up with the times mental state characterized by high school students develop effective measures to introduce the other hand, high school students from their own point of view, the overall characteristics of secondary school students through social adaptability, analytical participate in physical exercise Students improve social adaptability of reasons to explore the relationship between physical activity behavior and social adaptability and find measures to promote their mental health, and it is a popular hot spot in recent years concern. currently, our scholars for social adaptability Students investigation of the status quo more, but relatively few physical exercise for middle school students in Shanghai behavioral characteristics associated with social adaptation Correlations this issue tries to middle school students in Shanghai conducted a questionnaire survey method to understand the situation of students participate in physical exercise behavior characteristics and the ability to adapt and social relations, and proposed countermeasures for improving students’ability to adapt to society,providing a theoretical basis and reference for the education sector to promote students’psychological health and social adaptability.In this paper,the literature, questionnaires, statistics and other research methods,the value of physical exercise in Shanghai cognitive behavioral relationships with high school students to study exercise.Survey involving10secondary schools,2,000were distributed and collected questionnaires, of which1755copies of valid questionnaires, questionnaire response rate of87.7%.The results show that,①Shanghai high school students overall level of social adaptation,physical exercise behavior and social adaptation there is a higher correlation between the presence of gender differences in social adaptation and social adaptability as the grade increases downward trend.②Shanghai high school students on the various dimensions of social adaptation, participate in physical activity per week for more than seven times the number of students was significantly higher than the number of times a week to participate in physical exercise1-3times a student.③Shanghai high school students to participate in skills that will lead the class warfare sports student social adaptability was significantly higher than in student-led class sports physical.④Students in Shanghai on social adaptability dimensions,each participate in physical exercise more than30minutes duration was significantly higher than for students to participate in physical exercise duration for each student within10minutes.⑤Shanghai high school students, students who participate in extracurricular training in emotional control and adaptation to the environment is not significantly better than the students who participate in extracurricular training.
