Ordinary ethnic minority college students face the general adaptation problems such as language,environment,learning mode,education mode and interpersonal relationship of high school students to college students after they enter college.However,students living in areas with strong national characteristics also face problems due to geographical area,Ethnic and cultural differences arising from a series of special adaptability issues.These incommensurate situations have a direct impact on their entire university life and can even affect graduation and post-graduation development.Such adaptive problems will evolve into deviant behavior if they are not effectively solved for a long time.From the perspective of social work,the author studies how to intervene in the deviation of Uygur college students,understand their current situation,analyze the root causes of their problems and provide professional services,which is positive effect to the Uygur college students' physical and mental health and their future development.From the perspective of social work,the author takes the minority college students in Nanjing N college as an example,focusing on a case study of a typical Uygur college student with deviant behavior to help the case analyze the problem,solve the problem and change the status quo.First of all,starting from the perspective of the principal's problem,the author firstly analyze the case with the owner to find out the deviation of the case owner by means of in-depth interview,according to the mode of the mission center,and then assist the client to sort out the deviant behaviors to determine the core issues.The case of the core of the core ultimately classified into three categories,one for learning cognitive bias,the second is the problem of interpersonal bias,the third is the cognitive ability to improve the overall quality of the problem.In the process of problem analysis,the author found out that the deviation behavior of minority college students in school was caused by the difference of regional and national culture from the root,so the author is based on the theory of cultural adaptation,Using social work to help people with skills,with the help of the concept of social worker values,to provide professional social work services for the case.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on this service after the service is completed and hopes to provide some experience for the involvement of Uygur college students in school adaptation to social work.The core issue of the case owner has been solved and the overall situation has also been greatly improved and can well participate in school life and,on this basis,enhance the cultural adaptability after the nine specific cases carried out by the client on the author's behalf.The increase of self-cognition,interpersonal relationship management and improvement of overall quality and ability of the sufferer will have a great help to their future study and life in school and even on the social problems they encounter in the future.
