Middle school students are in the critical period of individual healthy growth and shaping.Physical and mental health and social adaptation,as important indicators to measure individual health,are of great significance to judge and guide the overall healthy growth of middle school students.Therefore,it is of great necessity to ensure the cultivation of physical and mental health and social adaptability.However,due to the pressure of study,study environment and family,middle school students have no time to pay attention to the cultivation of their physical and mental health and social adaptability.In the long run,individual balanced development is also prone to "health crisis".Therefore,this study is mainly to understand their physical exercise behavior and social adaptation ability,to explore the relationship between physical exercise behavior and social adaptation ability of middle school students,in order to reduce the overall health of middle school students' growth through joint physical exercise and the cultivation of social adaptation ability.At present,Chinese scholars have made more studies on the social adaptability of middle school students,but there are relatively few studies on the correlation between the physical exercise behavior characteristics of middle school students and their social adaptability.This study provides theoretical basis and reference for this aspect to some extent.This study takes the relationship between the physical exercise behavior and social adaptability of middle school students as the research object.A total of 686 middle and high school students from Wu Han Huang pi no.1 Middle School,Wu Han Jiang xia no.1 Middle School(senior high school),Wu Han Lu xiang Middle School and Wu Han Jiang xia no.1 Middle School(junior high school)were selected as the questionnaire subjects.The relationship between the two is discussed by means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The results show that:(1)the social adaptability scale of middle school students compiled by this research is composed of 23 items of 6 factors,including self-management,learning adaptation,life adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,environmental adaptation and pressure-resistant adaptation,and it has a good reliability and validity.(2)First,according to the physical exercise behavior,the overall result shows that the physical exercise behavior of middle school students still needs to beimproved.Second,there are gender and grade differences in physical exercise behavior of middle school students,which confirms the research hypothesis H1.(3)First,the average value of the total scale is 3.332.On the whole,middle school students have good social adaptability.Second,there are gender and grade differences in the social adaptability of middle school students in various dimensions,which partly confirm the research hypothesis H2.(4)First,on the whole,there is a significant correlation between the physical exercise behavior of middle school students and their social adaptability.Secondly,it can basically predict the social adaptability of middle school students on the two indicators of the time and frequency of physical exercise,which partly confirms the research hypothesis H3.Make recommendations accordingly:(1)First,middle school students' own consciousness of physical exercise and active training of action.Second,pay attention to the ideological education of physical exercise behavior of middle school students.Thirdly,we should attach importance to the action education of middle school students' physical exercise behavior.(2)First,middle school students' cognitive,emotional and behavioral cultivation of social adaptability.Second,we should attach importance to the cultivation of middle school students' comprehensive ability of social adaptation.(3)First,give full play to the mutual promoting effect of middle school students' physical exercise behavior and social adaptability.Second,to further realize the sports exercise behavior of middle school students on the ability to predict the social adaptation.
