Economic globalization has turned English into international communication tool, andthe English subject has become more and more important. With the rapid development ofChina’s society, the trend of high demand for talent is clear. Under the background ofquality education, today’s education becomes very urgent to improve the quality ofstudents’ English learning. The new curriculum reform emphasizes: everything for students,for students of all. As a student, the most important task is to learn. The learning ability ofstudents has a critical development period, especially in their primary school. In thiscritical period, the good learning quality of primary school students is easier to develop. Ifyou miss, then a larger effotr may be required in future. As students good learning qualityform earlier, they can get greater beneift from it. Thereofre, the English learning qualityshould train from primary school students, so as to lay a solid foundation for their lifelongdevelopment.The topics treat elementary English subject as a carrier, explores the training problemof pupils English learning quality. The main text is divided into four parts, the ifrst part ofthe introduction clarifies the topics background, an overview of the purpose and researchsignificance, research ideas and methods, learning quality and its characteristics,characteristics of primary school English teaching, research about learning quality at homeand abroad, research theoretical basis. The second part discusses the factors of students’English leanring quality, including four dimensions: motivation,cognitive style, learningability, will quality and so on. The third part is in the fonn of case studies, analyzes andsummarizes the three typical cases different characteristics on (he English learning quality.The fourth part combines four dimensions factors that afefct English learning quality withthree typical cases research, puts forward the corresponding strategies to training studentsin English learning quality.
