Class is the basic unit of school education and teaching activities,and it is the primary organization of school.The school education is mainly in the form of class teaching.Class management is the most important task of school management,while the implementation of school management plans,management activities,is to rely on class management activities to implement concretely.The success or failure of the class management will,to a certain extent,influence the future development of each student.Class management is the most important part of all the work of a class teacher,the class teacher plays a vital role in the management of the class and the healthy growth of students,and is one of the tasks of class management.This article uses literature research method,interview method,investigation method and other research methods to analyze the influence of the different management methods of the class teacher on the quality of pupils' learning.Through a questionnaire survey on grade 5 and grade 6 students from a primary school of Guilin,this paper analyzes the influence of different class management methods among pupils' learning motivation,study habits,and learning motivation.Some class teachers and individual students were interviewed,and representative cases were selected as relevant materials for the study.The paper is divided into the following five sections:The introduction is the origin of the research of this article,the purpose of the research,the research status and development trend at home and abroad,the significance and value of the research,the research methods,and the definition of the core concepts.The first part of the body introduces the types and characteristics of class management methods.Based on Lewin's leadership theory,this article classifies the management of the class into three management methods: autocratic management,democratic management,and laissez-faire management,and introduces the different features of the three different management methods.The second part of the text is the main part of the text.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,this section analyzes the influence of the class management style of primary school headmasters on the quality of pupils' learning.Questionnaire survey results show that the school headmaster's management methods exist in three ways: autocratic,democratic,and laissez-faire.Three different management methods have a certain relationship with the quality of student's learning,that is,different management methods have certain influences on primary school students' learning motivations,study habits,and academic performances.The third part of the text is an interview record that analyzes the influence of the class management style of primary school headmasters on primary school students' learning quality.This section presents the interview records of the head teacher of the authoritarian management style and the interview records of the head teacher of the democratic management method.From the interviews,it is analyzed that there are differences in the learning quality of students under different management methods.The fourth part of the text is conclusions and recommendations.A summary of the three management methods and primary school students' learning quality points out the advantages and disadvantages of the three different management methods.The results of questionnaires and interviews on class teachers indicate that there are three ways of managing the head teacher in this school: despotism,democracy and laissez faire.The three different management methods have some thing to do with the students' learning quality,that is,different management methods will influence on the pupils' learning motivation,learning habits and academic performance to some extent.Finally,we summarize the three management modes and the learning quality of primary school students,and point out the advantages and disadvantages of the three different management methods.Considering the three methods of class management,this research suggests that,the democratic management method is generally superior to the authoritarian and laissez-faire management methods.The democracy management is more acceptable is more conducive to student growth.
