The upcoming2013National Games, LiaoNing track and field athletes who are activelyengaged in hard training, middle and long distance running project has always been our sportsin Liaoning province traditional gold advantage project. Middle and long distance running is the LiaoNing track andfield of the traditional advantages of the project, we also have the ability to grasp to the goldmedal income capsule long project in. In the past the traditional training, coaches just byvirtue of experience of athletes on the technical guidance. Long in the past, understanding ofthe athlete’s physical condition is not enough, long experience type training may worsen theathletes fatigue may occur at any time, injury, affect training and competition routine.Seriously injured players injury can not be restored. Now comes the end of winter trainingperiod, immediately into the spring, the transition phase is also the athletes into the outdoortraining from the indoor winter training, the change of environment athletes need anadaptation of the cycle. How to improve such a heart and lung function improvement stage,heart rate using it can help coaches are more systematic, scientific guidance and arrange thetraining plan.Heart rate monitoring as a means of monitoring an auxiliary training has been all overthe world, various sports teams are commonly used. Many of the world’s outstanding athleteshave to wear heart rate, heart rate changes to record their daily. To start recording from themorning quiet heart rate, until the evening before going to sleep, can be recovered to theresting heart rate. The training process of maximum heart rate, average heart rate and recordthe intermittent period of heart rate, which can effectively help athletes and coaches is faster,more timely understand the state of fatigue of athlete body. Because the index of heart rate iseasily influenced by many complicated factors, in view of this, this paper mainly discusses thepractical application of the heart rate monitoring in middle-distance race training in.This paper selects the Finland POLAR team rate table as a test instrument, a heart ratemonitor for4weeks in20elite athletes in LiaoNing Province Track and field team, and basedon heart rate, every athlete daily average heart rate, heart rate, the interval between the largesttraining and after training on heart rate test. After the training, methods of sports sciencetraining on heart rate was measured, accurate analysis, feedback to the coach there in time, by the lack of training, to provide reliable reference data for coaches, athletes appear to avoidfatigue damage, make targeted, scientific training plan.
