Workplace learning has become an important way of human resource development incurrent social background, whether it is for organizations or individuals, workplace learning is asignificant guarantee of keeping sustained development. At the same time, modern informationtechnology which is represented by multimedia information technology and Internet technologyand artificial intelligence technology is changing the way people learn gradually, these kinds oftechnology also provide solid security for workplace learning. Informationized micro-courseswhich are supported by modern information technology has the characteristics of short and sweet,using easily, flexibility and so on, it can adapt to the flexibility of workplace and suits to be onekind of workers’learning resource. But the development of informationized micro-courses basedon workplace learning is a problem of needing to be solved.Firstly, this thesis combines the current social development and base on the characteristicsof both workplace learning and informationized micro-courses, not only analyze the legitimacyof courses in the workplace learning but also analyze the same point and internal logical relationsbetween workplace learning and informationized micro-courses, and that lay theory foundationfor the development of informationized micro-courses based on workplace learning.Secondly, carrying out the investigation related to workplace learning and the developmentof informationized micro-courses. This investigation adopts the form of questionnaire. Theauthor has made elaborate explanation on questionnaire designing, questionnaire distribution andthe callback, data processing and analysis. The investigation of this thesis distributesquestionnaire through network and make sampling survey among workers of different industriesand levels. We have preliminary mastered workers’ cognition of informationized micro-coursesand workers’ characteristics and demands on course content, course developer, learning supportservices and the implementation and application of course.At last, based on the analyses of logical relations and related investigation above, this thesiscomes forward the strategies of informationized micro-courses development, these strategiesmake further discussion on the cognition of course, the principle of course development, the goalof course development, the developer of course and the building of course management platform.Moreover, in the end of this thesis, the author formulates evaluation standards of informationizedmicro-courses based on workplace learning and hopes to provide gist for informationizedmicro-courses’assessment and development.
