Workplace learning refers to an individual when faced with problems or difficulties in the workplace, through self-directed, cooperative learning and other ways to solve problems or difficulties currently faced by the construction of a new view of the significance of the process. With the advancement of China's new urbanization construction, a large number of the new generation of migrant workers into cities and towns, as a new generation of urban modernization of the labor force, their frequent social mobility, but their own cultural quality level, vocational skills, values, and so difficult to meet their needs for social mobility and often face difficulties. Workplace learning to become the new generation of migrant workers in the process of social mobility important forms of learning, to enhance the ability to work the new generation of migrant workers, promoting their rational and efficient social mobility, to contribute to the building of the new town. This paper focuses on the new generation of migrant workers which is a special population with Chinese characteristics as the research subject, with the use of literature research method, interview method, case study method and other research methods, try to workplace-based generation of migrant workers under the background of social mobility learning research.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter of the thesis introduction, mainly introduces the contents of the origin, purpose and significance, research status, research methods, research priorities, difficulties and other aspects of innovation. The second chapter of the related concepts and theoretical basis of this study are introduced, we focused on the social mobility theory, human capital theory and workplace learning theory. The third chapter of the information obtained through interviews of the study of deep-processing, the formation of a case study of the story. The fourth chapter from the workplace learning mode, power, and other factors on the generation of migrant workers in the process of social mobility workplace learning behavior analysis and interpretation, theory and practical realization of the combination. The fifth chapter in the context of social mobility, the new generation of migrant workers from individuals, two aspects of the workplace on the promotion of the new generation of migrant workers in the workplace learning strategies.
