Informationized teaching ability is awareness, attitudes and abilities of teachers to use modern information technology to design, implement and research the teaching activities. Insititution is one of the important factors that influence the development of informationized teaching ability. This paper discusses strategies and pathes to promote teacher’s informationized teaching ability from the perspective of the construction of the school insititution,the main contents include the following aspects:1.Informationized teaching ability development insititution. Informationized teaching ability development insititution is rule insititution which school community members must comply with during the informationized teaching and its management,which aim is to improve the development of informationized teaching ability. Information teaching ability development insititution can determine the boundaries of informationized teaching,provide anticipation for informationized teaching, provide motivation and protection for informationized teaching and development of informationized teaching ability.2.The current situation of institutionalization of teacher’s development of informationized teaching ability. This section, analyze current situation of institutionalization of teacher’s development of informationized teaching ability,using A high school as an example. Survey start from three aspects: awareness and attitudes、behavior and institutional environment of informationized teaching. Through the survey,we found the main problems are idea foundation andcultural atmosphere weak、rule fuzzy、teacher’s practice dazed、lack of security insititution and motivation.3.The strategies to construct informationized teaching ability development insititution. Accroding to practical problems,school should guide teachers establish correct informationized teaching ideas to construct an kind of informal institution in favor of the development of the informationized teaching ability;construt informationized teaching behavior rule to make informationized teaching based on evidence;develop the security system of informationized teaching ability development to make the development of informationized teaching ability have the motivion and ensurence.4. Path of construction of informationized teaching ability development insititution. Path of construction insititution affect suitability and vitality of the insititution. The construction informationized teaching ability development insititution shoud follow the "path dependence" principle, make institutional innovation base on respect of the historical and cultural background of the school. Select the comprehensive construction path, which not only requires government and school’s polical、theoretical guidance,but also needs practical foundation and mass base; Not only the management department should play a guiding role in the process of construction of informationized teaching ability development insititution, but also should respect teachers’ subjectivity.
