A Study On The Political Participation Of College Students' Microblogging And Its Guiding Strategy

With the advent of the weibo era, political participation through the weibo gradually becomes a popular trend. College students group is a valuable talent resources of the state and society. As the largest, the most active and vigorous groups in weibo user groups, Students’political participation on weibo is not only related to the degree of their own political socialization, but also related to the construction of a harmonious campus and harmonious society, and more related to the construction of Chinese socialist democratic politics. Therefore, the college students’political participation through weibo is worthy of study. In this paper, through the study of college students’weibo political participation the author expect that it can contribute to the theoretical study of political participation and the healthful development of the students’ Political Participation. This paper first discusses the research’s origin, meaning, dynamic at home and abroad, writing ideas and innovation ideas. It provides the necessary foundation and pointing for the study of this paper. Then studies the connotation and value of weibo political participation of college students. Consistent with the meaning of political participation in essence, the connotation of weibo political participation is that user or user groups participate in politics through weibo, and try to influence and supervise the activities of government. It has characteristics of directness, decentralization and equality, low cost and convenience, and diversified topics. College students’political participation has an important value, it is an important way to achieve students’ political socialization, an important means to build a harmonious campus,and is an important part of promoting social harmony.On this basis, this paper mainly analyzes current situation of college students’Weibo political participation and the reasons for problems. The suthor carried out an actual survey about the consciousness and behavior of the college students’ weibo political participation in the form of a questionnaire on the part of students. The study found that while the awareness of the college students’ weibo political participation is high, but there are still low participation, low-efficacy, utilized and recreational motivations and other issues. The reason there are three main aspects:First, the college students’ political values is diversified, their political psychology is not mature enough and they lack political participation practices and capacity; Second, the school education and management there are loopholes, such as the ideological and political education needs to be strengthened, the network Literacy Education is lacking, and the political culture atmosphere on campus is not strong; The third one is that, in the social transition period, the market economy environment is complex, the democratic political development needs to be improved, and there are negative impact which comes form the subjective political culture and weibo own entertainment features. In the last part of the article, the paper proposes corresponding measuresto solve the problem of students’Weibo political participation. There are three main measures to promote the healthful development of students’ Weibo political participation: First of all, we should pay attention to the ideological and political education of college students and enhance the awareness of their political participation; Secondly, we should innovative the model of university management and create a good political participation atmosphere in campus; finally, we also should pay attention to network literacy education and enhance college ability microblogging political participation.
