The transformation, with the continuous development of society, economy, education environment, the way of innovation, change the students in today’s society face more crisis than before, far more effective transformation to the students is more urgent.Physics is a natural science which based on the experiment, the fundamental purpose of physical education is to cultivate the students’scientific literacy. The junior middle school students with learning disabilities in physics are at the starting point of learning physics, if at this time, we can use scientific inquiry to stimulate their interest, inspire their thinking, solid their foundation, The transformation of the students will be the key to the success of quality education.This article is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction summarizes the necessity of the transformation of the junior middle school student with learning disabilities in physics, describes the research problem and the significance of this paper, briefly introduced the research content, method and route.The second part is concept definition and literature review, this article studied the students with learning disabilities, science inquiry and carried on the definition, and describes the implementation of scientific inquiry of predecessors’ research about the student in transformation at home and abroad in recent years. Current situation of studies in recent years have combed, in transforming students with learning difficulties, the implementation of scientific inquiry.The third part discusses the theory part to the students with learning disabilities which uses the scientific inquiry into. Studying pedagogy and the psychology theory is for the next study to have theoretical support; based on the analysis of physics study in junior middle school students’ psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics, the teaching strategy transformation is put forward.The fourth part introduces the author’s research process and result analysis. The author through learning style test and individual interview investigation,26students with learning disabilities were grouped for the object of study, with the student as the main body in the teaching, the scientific inquiry in team cooperation ways, improved their self-efficacy, promoted their basic knowledge and experiment ability, helped them master the method of scientific inquiry steps, at the same time, in the classroom instruction, as the history of physics for wedge into science inquiry, stimulated the student interest in learning, help them to grasp the learning methods, construct their knowledge of the physical system. Through the students with learning disabilities academic level test before and after the test, analysis the following result:after a year of practical research, most of the students’ academic level is improved.The fifth part is the conclusion, in which this research is summarized. This topic research has certain guiding significance in the transformation of the student with learning disabilities of junior high school, the improvement of scientific literacy.
