As environmental issues become increasingly prominent, the country’s emphasis on the ecological environment is increasing and the people’s requirements on environmental are increasing, the research about environment permeating in education is particularly necessary.The educational philosophy of physics and its training objectives have internal consistent with environmental education, which makes environmental education research penetrating in the physicsmore meaningful.This paper uses literature study. By analyzing the research on environ-mental education at home and abroad, we think that the present study has the following deficiencies:Research based only on physical perspectives to explore and combine with environment, while ignoring based on the environment to geta large viewing angle;Research is lack of emphasis on the use of technology.For lack of existing study,we discusses separately from the environmental perspective and physical perspective, integrate high school physics with the environment and get points of integration. We emphasizethe role of technology. Multimedia technology makes image more vivid and real when penetrating environmental education; Internet technology has strengthened interaction and promote the use and update of environmental education resources.Theweb pageof environmental penetrating in the physics teachinghas been preliminary built and the mode of the technology to promote environmental education in the physics teaching has been construct.Based on above studies, we create two physical instructional designswhich make use of IT support teaching mode of "before class-in class-after class".weanalyze and obtain four principles to obey when we make instructional designsabout technical supported high school physical class of penetrating environmental education. These principles aresubjectivity, permeability, technical and flexibility.Through this study, I hope to provide a reference implementation of environmental penetration education for physics teacher and enrichment and development of research on environmental education.I hope toarouse and enhance students’ environmental awareness, encourage students to be able to physically perspective to understand the relationship between humans and the environment, science and technology, and conscious.Students love life, care society and protect the environment.
