Teachers' Love And Its Research

Teachers’ love is the core of teacher occupation morality part, an emotional quality also in the teaching career must have. However, in teaching practice, there are still many teachers lacking the emotion of love. What is the teachers’love? Where does it come from? This is an important question to answer in this paper.Firstly, according to the psychology of emotion and human development and other related theories, respectively discusses the connotation and components of the "teachers’ love ","cultivate" and its connotation and the relations between "cultivate" and emotion,"cultivate" and "teachers’ love ", the cultivation stage of "teachers’ love ", etc.Secondly, using case study method to analyze two teachers whose personal growth history and "teachers’ love" emotional development representativly, by analyzing the two teachers in the growth process to develop exactly what emotion, what emotion is missing, revealing the general characterastics of emotional development, thus indicating "cultivate" have an important role in the teachers’ emotional development.Finally, based on the results from the case,starting from the practice of teacher education to put forward some measures to cultivate teachers’ love in the professional environment.
