| Heart-love is an important part of the morality. To cultivate the teen-agers' heat-love is a requirement of meeting the teen-agers' psychological development and life satisfaction. It is also an enthusiastic call of the new century. However, it is a universal phenomenon that the contemporary teen-agers lack heat-love. It sufficiently makes us extremely worried. As an educator, we must rethink profoundly on education. Why did we pay more but gain little? What kind of education do we impose on education? Pondering the questions reasonably, we find that lack of heat-love education and heat-love education' s uselessness is an important factor that makes the teen-agers are indifferent. So when heart-love education whose core is humane care embarks on a scientific and reasonable way, it becomes a useful way to cultivate the teen-agers' near-love.This paper, based on pedagogy, psychology, ethics and so on, tries to analyze the important significance of the teen-agers' heart-love education and heart-love cultivation. It demonstrates heart-love education is an effective way to cultivate the teen-agers' heart-love.Part I :0n the basis of the concept "what is heart-love " , it analyzes the important significance of heart-love education. At the same time, on the basis of the concept "what is heart-love education" , it points out the logical relations between education and heart-love education.Part II :It takes facts and phenomena as grounds of argument and reveals the reality of lack of heart-love. It also gives an analysis of the reasons of lack of heart-love from the angles of society, education, psychology and so on.Part III: It puts forward to scientific and effective strategies and ways of putting into effect heart-love education.
