Motivation contagion is in the classroom teachers’ teaching motivation and process of the students’ learning motivation influence each other. Discusses the factors influencing the teachers’ teaching motivation of students and the teachers’ factors affecting students’ learning motivation. On this basis, the teachers and students motivation contagion process, this paper expounds the factors influencing how the process works.This study uses qualitative method to observe the primary school classroom. Using interview syllabus, this research conducts16hours interview among9teachers. During the research,6-heousand-word research log and1-thousand-word tape-recorded data were collected. Through the data collection and analysis and related theory research to the following conclusion:(1) Classroom teachers and students motivation infection: good atmosphere, heuristic dialogue, friendly behavior, stable mood.(2) Classroom teachers and students motivation infection factors: the influence of teaching environment, classroom and self-efficacy impact on its transmission path form. Teachers and students from the interview after finishing analysis, a good teaching environment, teachers and students both sides of the positive input and the teachers and students awareness of self affects the classroom teachers motivation intensity of infection.(3) Classroom teachers and students motivation infection process: class is interactive, so classroom teacher incentives infection is a two-way transmission process. Clues to teachers according to students’ feedback information (behavior, emotions, etc.) to adjust their teaching motivation, students through social cognitive or unconscious to accept, to raise their learning motivation.
