China’s information technology education has evolved over three decades. Curriculum development and curriculum implementation is very fulfilling experience, the knowledge based on experience formed gradually deepened. But IT disciplines thinking have no systematic theoretical framework. Bruner believes that in each discipline there are some broad and strong adaptability concepts that form the deep structure of the discipline, which is the so-called discipline ideology (curriculum ideology).As an elective of IT courses,"Algorithm and Programming" is receiving more and more attention of the community and the school. Learning "algorithm and program design" aims to improve students’ ability of problem solving in real life.So you need to build "algorithm and Algorithm and Programming" curriculum ideology, we can call it "programming course ideology", it makes the algorithm teaching become a teaching of soul.First, focusing on keywords such as curriculum ideology, and other technical and procedures thinking, to collect and analyze the related literature data. To understand the result of research related to the content of this thesis both inside and outside the country, as well as the main point of the study. Find valuable research ideas, and form a scientific inference and hypothesis. Based on the knowledge content of algorithm, abstract and summarize the main content, and then re-abstract, combined with some discipline which has mature ideology, such as mathematical ideology, physical ideology and Chemistry ideology. Drawing from the Engineering thinking and computational thinking, we will get ideology tree of Programming.Second, based on ideology tree of Programming technology, to test and verify the technical ideology tree with an experts questionnaire. Mainly from whether technical ideology is reasonable or the words and level of branch are appropriate. Based on these observations, to modify the ideology tree of Programming technology.Then, Based on the ideology tree of Programming technology, features for students and taking into account the experience, cognitive level, learning methods of the students. By clipping and reforming, design ideology tree of Programming for Junior high school students.Finally, formulate a verification questionnaire for junior high school teachers and students to verify the ideology tree of Programming. Teacher’s questionnaire verify from two aspects:Whether meets the learning situation and the characteristics of junior high school students. Students questionnaire verify from two aspects:Whether students understand and the level of understanding. By analyzing the survey data, finally get ideology tree of Programming for junior high school.
