A Study On The Social Security Of Urban Unemployed Family

The families which have lost their only child and are unwilling to adopt or give birth to other children are named loss of single child families.This thesis are based on research of the15loss of single child families, some community workers and three leaders of social organization that provide service for loss of single child families. City lost only family life present situation include the present situation of family life and economic life and mental health status and life of old age. Based on these five aspects, city lost only family’s security requirements are mainly economic demand and medical needs and spiritual solace and pension require--ments and old-age support demand. The author analyzes the city lost only family’s status of social security and welfare support. There are the following problems in social security of city lost only family:firstly, support policy is scarce; secondly, professionals are lack; thirdly, social organizations support ability is limited; fourthly, some activities always use single form; finally, there are no service effectiveness evaluation standards. Then author further to analyze the cause of these problems. The causes are the process of policy making and the lack of specialization degree and the lack of financial investment and the hysteresis of supporting system.Then author will perfect the city lost the family’s social security policy from the following several aspects. Firstly, strengthen government related responsibilities, especially the responsibility main body consciousness. Secondly, improve the old-age security policy to make the elderly taken care of. Our country should take measures to achieve that goal, which are exploring multi-channel pension modes and paying attention to city lost the family’s spiritual support and perfecting burial service. Thirdly, our country should perfect the medical insurance policy to make the sick having access to medical care. Fourthly, our country should improve the mechanism of social assistance to realize the economic compensation. Finally, our country should provide service guarantee.
