| Abstract:The reasonable implement of layered approach is a kind of new teaching mode in the university sports teaching reform in recent years. The main use of the teaching mode improves on teaching methods by layered target, layered students, layered teaching, and layered exercises. so that the enthusiasm of the students was improved by learning and training in the same techniques and tactics; so that each student’s strengths and capabilities have been fully developed; and so that students give full play to their potential and achieve the best results at different levels of development.This paper mainly adopts six approaches:documents and literatures, questionnaires, experts’interviews, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and teaching experiments. Teaching experiments takes sports teaching in Chongqing Jiaotong University into the research. Participants were6basketball classes from Chongqing Jiaotong University in grade2011,3classes as the experimental group by layered teaching,and the other as the control group by traditional teaching. Result shows, the percentage of excellence and good level and the interest of students were greatly improved in the layered teaching group. The survey statistics showed that the students in layer group showed the improvement on enthusiasm, self-confidence and the level of auto-learning.The findings indicated that the layered teaching group completely conforms to the education for all-around development requirement, and has the superiority compared to the traditional teaching group. The layer teaching group is advantageous.Recommendations are as follows, quality evaluation and examination standards of different levels of teaching should be drawn up. And measures and methods of layered teaching should focus on psychological intervention during the experiment, eliminate low-level students’ psychological concerns, Reasonable stratification, which will be more conducive to the promotion of layered teaching model and implementation. |
