Research On The Current Situation Of Physical Education Teaching Mode In Chongqing Independent College

As a part of the higher education,the independent college is constantly growing,independent colleges have the characteristics of ordinary colleges,but because the independent college is a social forces,so also have their own unique,enhance independent college education philosophy and the teaching quality is also very important,this study through the research and analysis of teaching the mode of physical education curriculum in Independent Colleges of Chongqing City,according to the characteristics of independent colleges,constructing new P.E.teaching mode.So that sports teaching to keep up with the development of society and the times teaching.Physical education is not only the most basic source of students' cognition of sports,but also the main source of forming lifelong physical training thought and exercise method.In the planning goal of social sustainable development,like other subjects of curriculum system for further improvement of the development and replacement of some of the existing and not standardized teaching methods and backward teaching mode is imminent thing,this study through literature,field visits,questionnaires and other methods.Investigation and Analysis on current situation of sports teaching mode of independent college in Chongqing City,combined with the independent institute's development status and educational philosophy,at the same time according to the different needs and physical conditions of students,using more scientific sports teaching guiding ideology,sports evaluation method,to the students' enthusiasm and personality as the main goal,conform to the individual differences and expertise,combined with the school the facilities,teachers and other factors,this paper proposes to establish a quality education as the guiding ideology,the final physical training Cultivate the thought,master lifelong physical training method for the goal of a variety of sports teaching model.The results show that the university sports teaching mode should follow the principle of "health first",using the method of free options for students to participate in sports learning,combined with the integration of class teaching mode,improve the teaching effect of independent college sports in Chongqing City,to strengthen the physical education curriculum evaluation,proper utilization rate of venues and other hardware facilities.
