Objective:Objective: the aim of this study is to study the effectof balance "core strength training" for middle-aged women, changes of balance abilitysubjects through the comparison and analysis of the "core strength trainingintervention", further demonstrates the effect of the core strength training on thebalance ability, and fitness in elderly women from rich training means, improve theelderly women’s health status, reduce the elderly female falls. Methods: in Chengdu sports community near the fitness movement before thescreening questionnaire screening raise health, exercise habits, no metabolic disease, without central nervous, no knee disorders and voluntary participation andcooperation in16elderly women test. The mean age of subjects was54.3±5.67years, average height154.7±3.38, weight57.2±6.238. The objects were divided intocontrol group and8for the A, B in experimental group8. A group of free exercise. Bgroup through the "core training" core area sports: supine leg swing, shootinghundreds practice, cross swivel, fade support, back, side bridge bridge, abdominalbridge "balance ability training" mainly Pilates operation, a stance drawing and mataction and static stretching part three action. Training intervention here mat thebalance soft couch, intended to increase training instability and proprioceptivestimulation. Standing is the main purpose of the body spinal traction, more skilledcoordination of breath and movement; mat action training objective is muscle ofabdomen and legs, buttocks exercise, which mainly in the training part of the packet,;tensile static can cause the muscles to relax, avoid sports injury the."The corestrength training frequency" for three times a week, training time is60minutes eachtime, the training intensity for the3-4group. Test of two groups were improvedRomberg test, single foot standing with eyes closed, piaffe, timed up and go test,Biodex balance training tester fall risk index closed. Core strength evaluation uses the eight ventral bridge level (level of support, the longer the better) and core strengthtester (testing body flexion extension, lateral bending, around the roundabout) sixrange. Results: before and after the experiment, the experimental group balanceindicators have improved. The static balance ability index: one leg standing with eyesclosed before the experiment is8.90±11.87s,27.68±19.21s after the experiment(p<0.01); enhanced Romberg before experiment,25.25±37.19s,66.58±59.43s afterthe experiment (p<0.05); dynamic balance ability index: eyes closed in place beforethe experiment is7.27±2.33s,20.74±10.62s after the experiment; vestibular steptest of12.25±6.23cm,3.58±2.37cm after the experiment (p<0.05); stand up and gobefore experiment,10.15±2.34s,7.93±1.59s after the experiment; core strengthindex: eight abdominal bridge level before the experiment is28.67±11.63s,82.78±21.53s after the experiment (p<0.01). Core strength tester: the flexion, extension ofthe index is before the experiment has significantly improved, and the right and leftlateral flexion, left and right swing indicators have increased but the effect is notparticularly evident, the need to further strengthen the training of core dynamictraining. Through the above core intervention training by BIODEX balance test of fallrisk index by experiment in front of1.91±0.86down to the1.02±0.97,(p<0.01),there are significant differences, to achieve the desired effect. Conclusion:1corestrength training can effectively improve the dynamic and static balance ability ofmiddle-aged women;2using balanced soft couch training can significantly improvethe middle-aged women, proprioception, enhance the stability of the core muscles, can be very good to improve the ability of the dynamic balance;3after8weeks ofcore strength training can balance ability core strength in elderly women and effectiveenhancement in the fall, there is a certain preventive effect.
