.Research purpose: This experiment is combined with the status and trends ofpublic health, through the flexible elastic band resistance exercise indices of musclestrength and balanced capacity in elderly women in intervention research for the publichealth movement to find effective and rational approach to the mitigation ofosteoporosis Provide a theoretical basis. Methods: Subjects:19elderly women, in the52-72age group, the mean age was64.8±5.7, mean height was151.53±6.69.Experiment with self control, no control group. Experimental Methods: The subjects inorder to increase muscle strength for the purpose of large muscle groups of the bodysuch as the back, upper arm, abdomen, shoulders, legs and buttocks with the flexibleuse of elastic resistance exercises:.3-5times per week, exercise intensity16RM/2-3group, time of80min/times, each time interval30s, the training time for a total of20weeks. Testing index: lower limb muscle strength (extensor muscles and flexormuscle),30seconds sit chair stand experiment, grip strength,Close the single foot (orso) stand,Close the piaffe, close to stand up and fall risk factors.Experimental Location:Health Building, third floor gymnastics training hall; indicators collection and TestingCenter: Chengdu Institute of Physical Education Centre, National Physical FitnessSurveillance Laboratory, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Sport University, ChengduChinese Medicine affiliated hospital laboratory. Statistics: soil obtained using statisticalsoftware spss16.0SD, the use of paired T-test was used for testing statisticalprocessing. The results:20weeks on the implementation of middle-aged woman with aflexible elastic resistance training, the results are as follows:(1) the training ofcomparison experiment muscle strength before: lower limbs improve muscle strength,have statistically significant (p<0.05);30S sit chair stand experimental data havevery significant difference (p<0.01); There was a significant difference grip (p<0.05).(2) the training balance ability of the comparison experiment front: static balance indexclose the single foot stand significant difference (p<0.05); Dynamic balance indexclose step into significant difference (p<0.05). The training of fall risk index wassignificantly lower, statistical adjustment before and after the experiment, the existenceof highly significant difference (p<0.01).Conclusions:(1) before and after theexperiment, the training of the muscle strength have significant difference with flexiblethat stretch of resistance movement may help to slow the older women muscle strength of the happening of the lost.(2) before and after the experiment, the training of closeenough to stand up and close the single piaffe have significant differences. Stand closeno significant differences. Fall risk index was significantly lower with a highlysignificant difference with flexible that stretch of resistance movement can obviouslyincrease the training balance ability, effective prevention in old people fall andfractures.
