This paper studies the present in post training situation of rural primary andmiddle school of PE teachers in Heilongjiang province. And the paper learned theproblems of in post internship in rural primary and middle school, in order to solvethe problems of in post internship of rural and middle school, aimed at to solve theproblems in the post training of primary and secondary school teachers inHeilongjiang province, some suggestions are made, through the training of this formcultivate high level sports teachers. Many methods are used in this paper such asliterature, survey methods and mathematics statistics。The main research contents include:1the present situation of “Post replacement “training in PE teachers of middle schoolin the town.2The problems on " post replacement" model in middle school in thetown of Heilongjiang province, including the problem of internship, internshiptraining program and the train of student in middle school.3Analysis ofcountermeasures of " post replacement" model, including:1) High level teachers isneed, make teachers gender, age, professional title, seniority, sport graderationalization.2)The students should adjust their own state of mind to improve theirteaching ability.3) The students should enhance the overall awareness of internship,in order to change the cognize in sense, to improve the overall strength of its own.4)Colleges and universities should as far as possible to provide conditions, and setup a unified training plan and training mechanism.5) University, rural school,government should ally, practice policy issued on further, to practice law, establishthe system guarantee.We conclude5conclusions on the basis of result.1There are some of the irrational structure of the status in PE teachers, and these willseriously affect the effectiveness of teaching. Students majoring in physical educationare mostly normal students, these part of students have their own advantages anddisadvantages. They are rich reserves of knowledge, but the skill level is relativelyweak.2There are some shortcomings of rural middle school in post internships teaching status, some students were not accept this teaching system in some places.3Some in post internship students did not like this way of teaching, and some in postinternship students are lack of basic knowledge.4College training programs were not keep in touch with primary and middle schools,both colleges and primary schools were not establish a common mechanism fortraining programs.5The teaching philosophy in teaching process is out of touch with internship practice,there was a disconnect between teaching training and in post internship. And therewas a disconnect between colleges and in post internship schools, laws and somebasic regulations were not connected between them.
