| The training mode of "special post plan" Education Master in rural areas is a new thing.Along with our country in May 2006,the ministry of education,ministry of finance,ministry of personnel,the central office of the joint implementation of “Notice on the implementation of the ad hoc post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education”(Abbreviation “Special post program”),the implementation of national education in rural areas more and more attention.At the same time,the state in order to alleviate the problem of teachers in rural poverty areas,while improving the professional level of special post teachers,so that special post teachers have more opportunities for further study,Since 2011,the implementation of the special post teachers working study education master(referred to as "special post master of education")of a program.Now,has been implemented for 6 years.Nevertheless,all colleges and universities in the cultivation of Master of education in special post,there are still some problems.For example,the master of education degree of attention of the special post are different.Most of the "special post plan" master of education in a set of clear and specific training program,mostly in the training program of In-Service Master of education as a training program of Master of education in special post.In view of this,this study conducted a study on the training mode of master of education of rural talents of "special post plan".This study is mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the status and characteristics of the master plan special post education,and the necessity of training implementation.The second part puts forward the existence of the master of education in special post issue from the admissions and fees,training objectives,training mode,curriculum,teaching and evaluation validity the teachers team construction to proceed,and specific analysis for existing Master of education in special post,mainly through the literature search method and interview method.The third part is the countermeasures according to the problems put forward the corresponding Master of education in special post mode,reform and optimization of cultivation of Master of education in special post,and promote the cultivation of Master of education in special post programs to better implement. |
