China's rural education has always been the shortcoming of the education development,which seriously hinders the process of China's education reform.In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of “rural revitalization” in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In 2021,the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Promoting the Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization was officially released,calling for education to help rural revitalization.Education poverty alleviation is an important part of precise poverty alleviation and it is also a fundamental solution of getting rid of poverty.Teachers play an important role in the development of rural education.In order to realize the rural revitalization,we must promote the integrated development of compulsory education between rural and urban areas.Therefore,how to realize the equal compulsory education between urban and rural,and how to develop the rural talent become the hot issue of the new era.However,the vacancy phenomenon of teacher exists generally in rural primary school,and it damages the structure of discipline.Due to rural primary school can't do “lesson teacher”,teachers must bear the multi-discipline teaching task,but lacking of specialization and targeted cultivation and training,which causes the loss of prominent teachers and teachers' stability is poorer that seriously affects teaching quality.In recent years,government gradually realizes the seriousness of the problem.As the “rural primary school teachers' orientation cultivation plan”and “public-funded normal university students ” policy,local governments set up general rural elementary school teachers' pre-cultivation mode,to alleviate the shortage of rural teachers,improve the quality of rural teachers' teaching.But the post training for general teacher is relatively lacking,which neglects the importance in improving rural primary school education quality,and promoting rural teachers' comprehensive quality and ability,etc.The post training of teachers cannot keep up with the development speed of pre-cultivation,so it is necessary to carry out the post training of general teachers in rural primary schools to meet the needs.Through training and learning,the teaching ability and comprehensive quality of general teachers in rural primary schools can be continuously improved.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research on general teachers in primary schools,this study investigates the general teachers in 6 primary schools in L City by using questionnaire and interview methods.The respondents were mainly general teachers in rural primary schools in villages and towns.The questionnaire was distributed in two forms: paper questionnaire and internet questionnaire.The interview outline is mainly focused on the current situation of post training of rural general teachers.Through the investigation,it is found that the current post training of rural primary school general teachers mainly exists in the following aspects: the current training of general teachers is not consistent with the needs of teachers,the training conditions of general teachers are not complete,the training effectiveness is not good and the teachers' satisfaction is not high.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: the national policies,regulations and institutional system need to be improved,the absence of post training mode for general teachers,the imperfection of school system and planning,the lack of relevant guidance,and the lack of driving force for teachers' professional development,etc.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis combined with the existed research results,suggestions are given from the following four aspects: First,to strengthen the top-level design,from top to protect the training rights of rural primary school general teachers from above to below.It mainly adapted from four aspects: given policy tilt,establish provincial special funds safeguard mechanism,improve the general teachers' professional status,and improve the general teachers' incentive management mechanism.Second,setting up the construction of a systematic and opening rural primary school general teachers' training,which mainly from the early investigation and follow-up,clear training objectives,select training content,improve the form of training,coordinate of training time,optimize the training teachers and other aspects.Third,given the post training schools full play to the role of "main position",it mainly includes five aspects: make the scientific and reasonable arrangement of subjects for general teachers,make the formulation of clear training plans,improve the improvement of the assessment and evaluation system,school-based training as the foothold,and use the “Internet+education”training mode.Fourth,improve the professional autonomy and career sense of achievement of general teachers.It includes the aspects of changing the concept of general education,making career development plans,strengthening the consciousness of self-reflection,and establishing the concept of lifelong learning.
