Conflict is widespread and unable to avoid. Any social organization should face upto the existence of conflict and establishing corresponding measures to manage theconflict. The emergence and development of conflict with a certain regularity.Through rational institution building and the use of appropriate managementstrategies to destructive effects of conflict can be minimized. Student Conflictmanagement is an important part of the management of secondary vocational schoolstudents, is an important indicator of the level of school management. In this study,from the perspective of conflict management analyzes the current situation of conflictmanagement to find out why there is a problem of management.Through literature access, understand student conflict research at home and abroadand defining the relevant concepts. Through questionnaires and interviews,understand the current situation of conflict management. And carry out a detailedanalysis put forward corresponding countermeasures.The main contents of the paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. Including issues raised purpose and meaning,related concepts, literature review, innovation and research methods.The second part is the status of secondary vocational school student conflictmanagement. Mainly through questionnaire data to analyze the situation of secondaryvocational school students conflict managementThe third part is reasons for conflict management status of students in secondaryvocational schools analyze. Based on questionnaires and interviews to analyze thereasons.Analyzes include managers, organizational system, students, parents andcommunity. The reason can be summed error management concepts and managementsystem is not perfect, and the lack of management process.The fourth part is improving conflict management strategies. From the managementphilosophy, management systems and management measures proposed three levels ofconstructive and viable management strategy.
