A Study On The Present Situation,causes And Countermeasures Of Teacher-Student Conflict In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,the Party and the state pay more and more attention to the development of vocational education,the state has also issued many measures to promote the development of vocational education,the development of vocational education has entered the fast lane.However,the existence of classroom teacher-student conflict in secondary vocational schools seriously affects the quality of vocational education development.It has become the content of the author to understand the present situation and reasons of the conflict between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,to find out the strategies to prevent and solve the conflict between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,and to improve the quality of the development of vocational education.There are many types of conflicts between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools,but psychological conflicts and language conflicts are still the main ones,and physical conflicts occur from time to time.The reasons for the conflict between teachers and students in secondary vocational schools include four aspects.In addition to the slow development of teachers’ specialization and the lack of optimism in the classroom learning of student groups,the other two aspects also have great influence.Secondary vocational schools play an important role in unscientific management of teachers and students and parents.Therefore,the author also studies the solution strategy from the above four aspects.First,the school should perfect the management countermeasures of the classroom teacher-student conflict,secondly,the teacher should shape his own new image,and the students should strengthen the moral level.Finally,parents should take positive measures to prevent teacher-student conflict.
