Along with the development of China’s sports undertakings, universities andcollege sports lifestyle content has undergone new changes. Such as: billiards, archery,wilderness survival and other projects at universities across the country to carry out thereaction of students to pursue fashion side, but also greatly enriched the universitiescampus culture. Female college student population is an important component. Atpresent, the number of female students accounted for the total number of students than1/3, female students are young women in the crowd, the future female students willassume a more onerous social and family responsibilities. Thus, female students on howto improve the physical and psychological conduct relevant research is particularlyimportant. Female students only need to have a strong physical quality, but also havegood psychological quality, in order to take up future career, family development. Howcan effectively enhance female college students physical quality, improve thepsychological quality of it? Practice has proved that: a purpose and a plan to carry outphysical activity is a good way to get in one fell swoop pairs. Through sports trainingand physical exercise, female students can not only robust physique, in strength,endurance, power, and speed gained considerable progress, but also for improving theability of female students psychomotor, motor response speed, agility, coordinationand strong will, and emotional stability, attention capacity, directional ability and sohas a very important role. Therefore, in order to lay a solid female students overallphysical, psychological basis of quality, at the university level, in accordance with thefuture development of female college students need physical and psychologicalrequirements, extensive forms of physical exercise to help female students to establisha correct physical values and Fitness awareness and develop lifelong exercise habits,their career development in the future lay the foundation. This study was conducted in acombination of Physical Training of students on the basis of female students combinephysiological and psychological characteristics, based on the female students by JilinProvince to investigate the status of physical exercise, physical exercise female collegestudents to expand ways to enhance female college student body qualities as abreakthrough, and enhance the effectiveness of female college students physicalexercise and effectiveness. Physical exercise for the female students to providetheoretical and practical learningIn this study, only with literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logicalanalysis and other female students in Jilin Province Physical Exercise, female collegestudents doing physical exercise influence factors and how to take concrete measures topromote female students persist physical exercise. The following conclusions:1、 female students participate in physical exercise motives are varied, as femalestudents did not generate enough attention to physical exercise, leading to theirparticipation in physical exercise motivation deep enough. Just the motivation toparticipate in physical exercise qualitatively in the " exercise "," regulate mood " and " bodybuilding diet " and other shallow areas. Did not realize that physical exercise onathletic ability, physical fitness and other positive role in promoting.2、72.7%of female students participate in physical exercise together mainly throughvoluntary participation in physical exercise;6.1percent of female college studentsalone in the form of physical exercise activity. And female students during after-schoolphysical activity during physical education teachers generally want to get guidance.3、female students on college sports training venues Jilin satisfaction is relatively high,the number of venues satisfaction for96.8%, satisfaction of the conditions for stadiums96.96%. Resulting in the current female students participate in physical exercise in thestadium, the venue choice as long as the school stadium, venue-based, accounting for84.85%the number of statistics.4、female students in the choice of sports physical exercise has obvious bias, resultingin the choice of sports phenomenon appears more concentrated.
