Based on the American social psychologist Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior, this thesis investigated extracurricular physical exercise behavior characteristics and factors which influence exercise behavior investigation and analysis on 755 female students by self-compiled questionnaire survey method. Our research aimed at understanding the characteristics of Female University Students current Extracurricular Physical Training of behavior. clarifying the psychological causes of female college students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise. providing a scientific basis for further develop their good exercise habits, improve physical health of female university students and promote the college girls in Outdoor exercises actively development.Our research divided into two parts, in the first part,we analyzed the main features of Female Students in Outdoor Exercises Behavior which including the purpose of exercise, duration, frequency, intensity, exercise time, forms and sports event etc.The results indicated that the majority of female students didn’t have extracurricular sports exercise habits. The purpose of the Female Students’Physical Exercise is to enhance physical fitness and health, shape physique and lose weight, regulate mood and improve bad mood. There is some uncertainty in exercise frequency. The exercise duration is mainly about half an hour. As for exercise intensity, the majority chose small amount of exercise. Exercise time period mainly in the evening and after the end of the night classes. The main sports events include jogging, badminton, table tennis, aerobics, yoga and swimming.In the second part, we analyzed factors influenced extracurricular physical exercise behavior of the female college students participated in the survey. According to the Ajzen’s framework of theory of planned behavior. We analyzed the factors from sports attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Questionnaire design included sports attitude (from the student’s cognition, emotion, will, the three sub-indices compiled eight entries), subjective norm (from students, parents, teachers, three sub-indices compiled six items), perceived behavioral control (technically, space, equipment, time and own physical preparation, five sub-indicators and nine entries) three dimensions (a total of twenty-three entries), To ensure it complies with statistics requirements, the questionnaire passed the exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity test. By large sample surveys and analyzes, the three factors of female Students in Outdoor exercises were analyzed, and further different grades, comparative analysis between different schools. We drew the following conclusions, respectivelyPerceived behavioral control factors on female students’ extracurricular physical exercise is the greatest influence behavior and attitude factors followed and subjective norm factor is minimal. Differences between different grades and different school exist particular in:Firstly, sports attitude:Female College Students has a higher sports cognitive and emotional level, but poorly insist on extracurricular physical exercise behavior. There are differences in physical cognition, emotion sports between students in different levels of schools sports will is highest in Independent Colleges, differ from other levels. In every dimension, junior girls’score is higher than other grades and is difference from other grades.Secondly, subjective norms:Students and parents are the main factors influence Female Students in Outdoor Exercises. Parents and teachers have a positive impact on female in key, general university and independent college, but do not have a positive impact on female college students in higher Vocational school. Between different levels of school, teachers and parents dimensions in independent college differ from other schools. There is no difference between different grades.Thirdly, the perceived behavioral control:technology, time and their quality are major factors impact Female Students in Outdoor exercise, Vocational College Female Students need a minimum of technical guidance during extracurricular physical exercise, which is different from other schools.The female students in the general university have minimum time which is different from other schools. The physical fitness in the independent college is different from other schools.There are not differences in court and equipment between different schools and grades.
