Reading teaching as an important part of Chinese teaching, has always been thefocus of education research. However, with the development of the new curriculumreform, the status of teaching reading is still not optimistic, the drawbacks oftraditional teaching reading have not been thoroughly resolved, utilitarian concept inthe reading education is still very common. It is rooted in the humanities cultivateignored. In the reading teaching classrooms, the goal of instrumental learning stilldominates others, the lack of humanities cultivate has seriously hindered thedevelopment of reading teaching, which is not conducive to improve students’rationalcognitive and emotional values.The humanities cultivate teaching method in the world caused a wave of Chinesehumanities cultivate education, overturned traditional teaching situation which aimedat examination education, the Chinese reading is no longer learning from one intoanother mind without passion, but students’ literary works with the contact andcommunication of the mind. This paper explores how to use the medium of beauty inthe process of reading teaching, creates aesthetic teaching situation and edifyatmosphere, based on students free unconscious psychological experience andemotional activities, achieve conscious rational cognitive learning goals. Chinesecultivate reading teaching for students always cultivate the soul, spiritual edification,shaping of the personality and make the spiritual world rich, which is a teachingmethod in order to improve students’accomplishment of literature and the ability ofaesthetic as the principle of aesthetic education.According to the research method of combining theory and practice, this thesis isdivided into four parts. The first part discusses the definition of cultivate and cultivateteaching method, this paper introduces the cultivate teaching method of Chinese andforeign theory development, including the tradition of music cultivate and poetrycultivate in ancient China, as well as the western music cultivate of Sparta, Plato andAristotle’s literary cultivate, Rousseau’s "natural person" pursue, jaspers cultivate thespirit of science and natural science theories respectively. The second part elaborateson the idea of the cultivate education, the characteristics and the advantage ofcultivate teaching. The third part reveals the value pursuit of cultivate readingteaching based on the analysis from the present situation of Chinese reading teachingand cultivates the value of reading teaching and the world trend of pursue. The fourthpart is the focus of this thesis, using reading, situational, aesthetic, activities topromote the exploration of cultivate reading teaching practice, to maximize thecultivate reading teaching methods used in the language classrooms.In this thesis, the new Chinese curriculum reform is response to the call of thehumanities education, explores how the Chinese reading teaching classroom transcendtraditional implementation teaching, creates the new reading teaching pattern which is filled with culture. Through the efforts to cultivate accomplishment of literature,awaken the feeling of life, constructs the spiritual world to eventually close toidealized classrooms.
