Teaching reading is a language teaching is also a focus at the same time difficult. Teaching of Reading in the actual process, the cumbersome machinery of the technical training classroom full of wrong ideas and teaching methods of teaching reading to distort the essence. How to understand the teaching of reading, how to implement the teaching of reading, language courses and teaching to become the focus of the study.In this paper, the object is to cultivate the language of teaching reading. The full text is divided into three parts. The first part is to cultivate the language of teaching philosophy to read back. Philosophy of life, respectively, from the West and China to explore two aspects of the philosophy of Laozi and Zhuangzi its philosophical implication in the concept of reading in order to attempt to mold the language of teaching reading based on the concept of looking for philosophical theory.The second part is to explore the main language of teaching reading to cultivate. From language teaching to cultivate reading the meaning, characteristics and value of the three aspects. First of all, the trace back, from the definition of all times and in all of the mold, start with the definition of mold, which mold the definition of teaching and molding the teaching of reading. Secondly, the proposed language to cultivate the characteristics of the teaching of reading, mainly from the insight, experience, aesthetic analysis of three perspectives. Finally, study the language to cultivate the value of teaching reading, namely, changes in the way of thinking, awareness of the embodiment of life, among the main highlights of the individual life experience of intuition.The third part of the main attempts to cultivate the reading from the language teaching point of view. Mainly explained from two aspects, on the one hand, to cultivate the language of the implementation of reading instruction; on the one hand, to cultivate the language of the implementation of teaching reading strategies.This article focuses on the cultivation of the language of the theory of teaching reading to a large extent it is a form of idealistic philosophy of teaching, but also takes time and practice.
