Content:National Education Conference held in1999stressed that Quality Education should "throughout the schools, families, social education and other aspects",this is a project related to the social aspects,and a profound change in the history of education in China. In October2001, the CPC Central Committee issued an "Enforcement essentials of civic virtue",the rule of virtue profoundly emphasis on the education of schools, families and communities are inseparable,and stressed that the three should complement each other and promote each other." National "125" long-term education reform and development plan "proposed that moral education first and engage in education,put moral education on the first, the most important, the most prominent position. In May2004, CPC Central Committee General Secretary Hu Jintao in the strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors conference stresses to adhere to the great importance of the whole Party and the participation of the whole society as a fundamental measure, constantly strengthen and reinforce the resultant force of the ideological and moral construction of minors.It requires us not only emphasis on the leading role played by the schools education while we carry out ideological and moral education of minors,attach importance to the role of the families education and communities education in the ideological and moral education of minors.Therefore, constructing trinity education system of schools、families、 communities moral education is of significance for us to further strengthen and improve ideological and moral construction of minors.This paper starts from schools, families, communities moral education trinity theoretical background and practical background.It describes the relationship between schools, families, communities moral education and defines the basic concepts of the schools,families,communities moral education trinity.It analyzes the basic elements and basic characteristics of schools,families,communities moral education trinity and analyzes the existing problems and causes of schools,families,communities moral education trinity. Combined with schools, families, communities moral education trinity theoretical background and practical background analysis, according to the actual situation of Jinshitan area、the situation of schools moral education、basic status of parentsand basic situation of communities education. Advantage of each level,and combine the three,then establish moral working mechanism for schools, familiies, communities trinity,to form a moral education working pattern for schools,families, communities in Jinshitan area,to build a reasonable moral network system for schools, families, communities trinity in Jinshitan area.It lays the foundation for improving and developing the quality of Jinshitan students.Finally it will cultiwate more and better talented persons for the education of Jinshitan area,make contribution to Jinshitan area economic take-off.But in the course of the research in this subject, how to play the leadership role of the government departments、social organizations supporting role need further research.We should effectively research by schools, families, communities moral education trinity so that our students’ moral education to achieve validity, effectiveness and scientific.
