Since the reform and opening up, private education has developed into a new period. Countries also have issued some encouraging private education development policy, and to make the development of private education enlarged continuously, but in the vigorous development of private universities also faced with some challenges, private university teachers’ poor stability problem gradually apparent. Teachers’ loss of constrained the development of private universities, also has caused the attention of the society. How to efficient to prevent the loss of teachers has become private universities needs to solve an important issue. To realize the private education personnel training target, ensure that private education teaching quality, it is necessary to strengthen the stability of the private university teachers. For private university teachers’ attention to the loss, and puts forward some stable private universities teachers’ countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the private higher education and good and rapid development has the vital significance.Based on D college teachers loss as investigation object, by private university teachers’ basic material, teachers loss situation investigation, teachers loss causes investigation and loss of school teachers Suggestions four dimensions for private university teachers’ loss situation of investigation and analysis of current situation, find out the deficiency and analyze reasons and puts forward solving private universities teachers loss countermeasures and Suggestions.This study through the questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods to D erosion is examined, the condition of the college teachers in private colleges teachers lost causes were analyzed, and puts forward related Suggestions.This study found that, the phenomenon of the loss of teachers in Colleges and universities is very serious, and showing a young, factors causing the loss of teachers consists of mechanism system, salary, and teachers’ psychological aspects. To solve the problem of private college teachers loss, should start from the government, schools and teachers themselves three aspects of reality, improve the treatment of teachers in Colleges and universities on the one hand, the elimination of social discrimination policy of private universities, private teachers to cultivate excellent organizational culture; on the other hand also respect the private college teachers’ social status, establish scientific reasonable mechanism the progress, provide sufficient space for teachers’ development; and to strengthen construction of the internal system of Civilian-run Colleges and universities, improve the recruitment, training of human resources management, enhance their collective sense of belonging.
