30years of reform and opening up, to realize our poor country education, the development of SXOY in private colleges is very rapid, together with the Ministry of education on the college enrollment policy, make SXOY private college in campus facilities and teachers have a certain scale, from the beginning of hard to start, to the new now has a certain stage of capital and scale, has made great achievements, but because SXOY private colleges in the recruitment, performance appraisal, salary and welfare, training and other issues, resulting in the loss of a large number of teachers, the development of SXOY private colleges appeared bottleneck, in this context, how to attract, retain the outstanding teachers, create a good development environment for them, is the SXOY private colleges and its management problems which need to be solved urgently.In this paper, through the analysis of non-governmental higher school SXOY nearly4years of college level leadership and the teachers’ turnover rate gradually in the current situation and characteristics of the key factors to improve, to reveal the influence of teacher staff turnover, mainly because of the salary, performance assessment and teacher occupation career planning school can affect the college control of staff turnover. Enable managers to more targeted early warning, control and management of employees, and according to the teaching time, private college teachers is divided into three different stages of the typical factors influencing private university teachers in each stage, overcome before due to defects not occupation career stage of private college teachers distinguish the study of. Innovation points:1by reading literature, investigation analysis, combined with the actual situation of SXOY school teacher turnover problems, puts forward the actual college salary system and a full range of performance appraisal system.2on the basis of some personal factors, social factors, school factors, broke the one-sided study of several factors.
