Analysis On The Phenomena And Strategies Of Teachers’ Loss In Private Colleges And Universities

Since the reform and opening up,with the development of national education,the state has introduced a series of policies to encourage the development of private education,private education has entered a new period of development.In recent years,the scale of the development of private education has been expanding and made important contributions to the society.However,there are many challenges and problems in the vigorous development of private colleges and universities,such as the lack of stability of private college teachers,the lack of sound management mechanism and team construction lag and other issues,leading to the loss of educational talents and restraining the development of private education.To achieve the goal of private education,Quality,it is necessary to strengthen the stability of private college teachers.How to effectively prevent the loss of teachers has become an important subject to be solved by private colleges and universities.It is of great significance to promote the development of private higher education.In this paper,the teachers of F colleges and universities as the object of investigation,the basic information of teachers,teachers,the status of the investigation of the loss of teachers and the loss of teachers on the school’s recommendations and other four aspects of the current situation of private college teachers to investigate the status quo,To find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of teachers’loss in private colleges and universities.
