Problems And Countermeasures Of Teachers' Team Construction In Private Universities In Chongqing

In the development of Chongqing private colleges and universities in the past twenty years,the basic task not only has been completed as a supplement to higher education,but also an indispensable part of higher education in Chongqing.While seeing the encouraging progress of private colleges and universities,we should also see the drawbacks in the development of Chongqing private colleges and Universities:focusing on the external development and neglecting the internal construction.This rapid development has caused many problems in the construction of college teachers.The research on the construction of the private college teachers in Chongqing is not only for the improvement of the teaching quality of private colleges,but also to promote the sustainable development of private colleges and universities,and to ensure the smooth development of the connotation of private colleges and universities.This paper,taking the development of Chongqing private colleges and Universities under the new policy as the research background,takes the construction of teachers' team of private colleges and universities in Chongqing as the research object.The study is divided into five parts by means of literature,interview,questionnaire,comparative analysis and so on.The first part first puts forward the research background and research meaning.Yi.Secondly,it summarizes the works on the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities,defines relevant core concepts,and expounds relevant theories.Finally,the research and design should be formulated,the research ideas and research contents should be cleared up,and the research methods and research objects should be selected.The second part,taking 4 private colleges and universities in Chongqing as the investigation object,from the two dimensions of the teacher's structure and personnel management system,the present situation of the construction of the private college teachers in Chongqing is investigated and the results of the investigation are analyzed.The third part of the survey and interview survey four dimensions of the survey results,from the internal and external colleges and universities,to fully analyze the reasons for impeding the construction of private colleges anduniversities in Chongqing.The fourth part draws on the excellent practice of Beijing,Taiwan and the United States for the construction of teachers,analyzes the flash points in the construction of the teachers,summarizes the experience,and puts forward the reference measures for the private colleges and universities in Chongqing.The fifth part puts forward the feasible suggestions for the construction of teachers' team in Chongqing high school,so as to better promote the sound and rapid development of Chongqing universities.
