Cheerleading is a sport in a new project that originated in the United States,throughout the United States, NBA, football, baseball, swimming, track and field,wrestling and other sports scene, it has been100years of history. Cheerleadingspecifically refers to the musical backdrop, completed by a superb athletecheerleading special motor skills, combined with a variety of dance movements,epitomizes youthful, healthy team spirit, and the pursuit of a sport ’s highest teamhonor projects. In a short time they swept the world, advocate and promote in ourstudents Aerobics Rhythmic Gymnastics Association of Cheerleading in China ’sdevelopment has made gratifying achievements, slowly walked to the university,and favored by the majority of college students. With increasing levels ofcheerleading, not only requires a higher degree of difficulty, the updated forms anda more distinctive style of performance, but also to emphasize its own uniqueartistic charm. In the game, the force of a direct impact on the performance of theoverall effect of the action.
