With the increase in the number of students each year, the proportion of poor students are increasingly high, about funding poor students became urgent to think about. As we all know, social work is concerned vulnerable groups in society, the poor college students which happens to be a part of social work from the perspective of the problem of poor students to explore funding will be a new field. And there are questions about the poor students, including the establishment of the funding system, the way research funding, funding difficulties, etc., I have chosen to seek funding benefit poor students. Is sponsored students to explore their personal psychology, personal growth and development after receiving funding, personal feedback consciousness of society and so on.In preparation, there are about funding system, funding methods and research funding dilemma relatively large, rarely seen on the concept of subsidy benefits, Popular, efficiency and effectiveness of synonyms, explore effective means to understand the effect of subsidized funding after, and from the academic sense, benefit more professional, able to reflect the deep meaning behind the study.In the study, found that under the current funding system, there are still many difficulties affecting the subsidy benefit, and for the plight of the individual, the social worker’s intervention will change the existing situation, and other aspects of financing difficulties, the idea of Social Work support be changed adjustments will also be a huge change for the benefit. So basically that social workers will benefit concepts and methods of funding the work.In this paper, the background of the current funding system, aided by a large number of students for the survey questionnaire, interview after analysis of their similarities research, drawn from the current funding system, the difficulties faced by universities funded work, including personal difficulties and funding dilemma party. Social workers tried to explore how to intervene, and how to achieve good results after the intervention.
