With the development of gender difference psychology, gender difference and gender difference education begin walk into people’s sight. In July2011, it had explicitly pointed out in《China women’s development outline(2011-2020)》 that promulgated by state council:Carry out gender evaluations in educational content and educational process, increase social gender expert in related guidance institutions in course and teaching materials; fully reflects the concept of gender in educational content and educational method, guide students to set up the concept of equality between boys and girls, And "improve education workers’social gender awareness, strengthen the social gender consciousness training to education administrator". Meanwhile, the new curriculum reform is put forward to "for all the students" education". While facing all students, the first point is for students’ natural population-boys and girls.Research shows that due to the difference of physical, psychological and acquired education environment, while in arts studying, junior high school boys and girls will show significant gender difference:Such as the expression of art language, the collocation of color, thinking mode, treatment of space overall etc. These difference makes it necessary to reflect on past problem that neglected by gender differences in arts teaching. Remind teacher to set up correct gender difference view, pay close attention to students’gender difference, take gender education, fully excavate students non-intelligence factors, take gender difference as one special education resources, guide complementary advantages for bogy and girls, implement dual nature of sexual education; take it as a special kind of education resources to develop and utilize, help them make best use of advantage and bypass the disadvantages, get synergistic benefits then improve all students’ art accomplishment and the overall level of arts education.
