Since21Century, the comprehensive national power increasingly depends on people’s comprehensive quality, especially depends on the national scientific literacy level. Our country put forwards the basic concept of improving the comprehensive quality and scientific literacy level of students in the new round of the basic education curriculum reform, and put forwards to afford students a comprehensive education through "knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion attitude and value" three aspects."Emotion attitude and value" as a needing part of it, playing a very important role in improving the comprehensive quality and realizing the goal of education and teaching.The new curriculum experiment in senior high school has been implemented for six years in Shaanxi Province, how is the situation of "Emotion attitude and value" education and how to promote the education effectively? In order to solve the above questions, improve teaching quality and ensure the implementation of quality education, the author takes Xi’an as an example, proceeds from physics, conducting a comprehensive investigation and study to the present situation and the problems of "emotion attitude and value" education in physics teaching class of high school. The main work is as follows:1. Combined and analyzed on the recent "emotion attitude and value" education literatures, clarified the connotations and related theories of "emotion attitude and value" education, understood the history and present situations of the research about the "emotion attitude and value" education, and predicted the trend of the research.2. Based on literature study, according to the psychological states of "emotion attitude and value" and the six goals raised by the new physics curriculum standards in high school about the "emotion attitude and value", the author built the index system of the present situation investigation and compiles the questionnaires, then, made it better by modifying and pre-testing.3. The investigation based on teachers and students, the teacher questionnaire is mainly for surveying the status of understanding and implementation of "emotion attitude and value" education of the physics teachers in high school; the student questionnaire is mainly for surveying the status of emotion, attitude, value of senior high school students in physics learning. 4. Through the SPSS software, Excel software for data collation and analysis, to understand the "emotion attitude and value" education’s present situation, and to analyze teachers ’and students’ differences respectively.5. Based on an understanding of the education situation, the author explored the problems found in the survey further, and proposed some solutions.Based on the investigation of high school physics teachers and students in Xi’an City, the author drew the following conclusions:1. Most of the high school physics teachers have a correct understanding and actively attitude in implement on "emotion attitude and value" education in Xi’an city, but the state of implement is not optimistic, how to implement better is a challenge;2. Most high school students in the physical study in Xi’an reflected a lack of social responsibility, aesthetic ability and self-confidence, the learning attitude is not correct either.3. Analysis of the teachers’difference in this education:(1)Teachers with different gender have no significant difference;(2)Teachers with different seniority have no significant difference on the whole, but have difference on simple experiments in the textbook, teachers with more than16years seniority do better than teachers with5years seniority;(3)Teachers in different degree have no significant difference in overall, but have significant difference in preparing the lessons in the teaching and research group activities, teachers with undergraduate degree and below put more emphasis on the function of "emotion attitude and value" goal than teachers with graduate degree and above.(4)Different types of school teachers do not have significant difference in understanding and implementation of frequency, experimental teaching, history of physics teaching, but have difference in preparing lessons in the teaching and research group activities and handling the simple experiments, the demonstration senior high school teachers put more emphasis on the function of the goal and the application of simple experiments.4. Analysis of the students’ difference in this education:(1)Male, female students have no significant difference in rational feeling, scientific attitude, the sense of national pride, aesthetic ability, the material value and personality value; have extremely significant difference in learning interest, learning attitude, awareness of the value of knowledge, boys are more willing to take physical curriculum, have better learning attitude, have better awareness of knowledge value than girls, girls love to watch television about physics knowledge more than boys.(2)Different types of school students have no significant difference in rational feeling, scientific attitude, the sense of national pride, aesthetic ability, the view of spiritual value; have extremely significant difference in learning attitude, thirst for knowledge, understanding of material value and personality value, the demonstration senior high school students have better learning attitude, stronger desire for knowledge, more comprehensive understanding of material value and personality value.As the problems found in the survey, the author puts forward the following suggestions:1. To strengthen the efforts to train frontline teachers;2. To establish the cooperation and exchange platform for teachers;3.To establish the important position of "emotion attitude and value" goal in teaching evaluation;4. To dig "emotion attitude and value" education factors deep in textbook;5. To filter Physics History in "emotion attitude and value" education;6. To strengthen the students’subject consciousness.
