"Emotion, attitude and values"is listed as one of three-dimentional goals in high school physics. It aims at improving students' all-round development and lifelong development. Then, making the objective of quality education come true. However, because the influence of traditional teaching concept and evaluative standard, teachers attach importance on knowledge but not emotion, attitude and values, this action vidates the discipline of physics teaching. As a result, students lose the emotion of learning physics. It is harm to their all-round development and lifelong development. So paying attention to students' emotion, attitude and values optimizing education in high school physics is one of the core subjects of high school physics curriculum reform at present. It also requires that physics teachers keep exploring in the process of teaching.According current situation of high school physics eduation and questionnaire survey, the author proves the importance of lauch"emotion , attitude and values"education to find the root of problem. At the same time, from aspects of beauty, history, experiment in physics, the connection with life and philosophical thinking and so on. The author provides some references to cultivate students' emotion, attitude and values towards physics.Concerning the disadvantages in evaluation system of high school physics, in the fifth chapter , the author sets up a new evaluation idea and establishes scientific evaluation system. The author also works out pluralistic evaluation standards and recmmends several useful assessment methods, hoping these will be helpful in physics education.
