The target of the study:College students are the support of our country, have laid a solid foundation for the need of national reserve talents, but the correlation research found that college students are the high risk group of inducing psychologicalproblems. Especially anxiety, it plays an important role in college psychological problems, with the development of the high pressure of competition consciousness, more and more college students are puzzled by anxiety, it is directly influence the students’learning efficiency, the rule of life and the level of body and mind health, so college students’ mental health problems have drawn the attention of the society from all walks of life, but the main concern on the anxiety and negative emotions, such as theory research, carry on the effective measures of improving very seldom. While tennis fun teaching not only can combine the body exercise and labor, life, game, recreational entertainment activities organically, but also help enhancing appeal, entertainment, physicalfitness, thus eliminate the bad mood. Therefore, the paper main use teaching experiment method, discussing the relationship between tennis fun teaching and improve the anxiety of collegestudents, and from the aspect of sports physiology, sports psychologyrespectively, exploring the mechanism of action of the tennis fun teaching improve college students’anxiety.In order to improve the college students’ anxiety, promote the rapid development of tennis fun teaching in Colleges and universities.The method of the research:This paper mainlyuses the literature method, survey method (questionnaire survey method, questionnaire method, interview method), comparative method,statistical methodstudythe Shaanxi normal university students of grade2012the public tennis elective course (169people in total), zing’s issued to169students in1971compiled by anxiety self-assessment scale, collection, sorting and according to the norm anxiety scores from high to slow down the crowd (suspected or anxiety, as well as severe anxiety), a total of115people, including severe anxiety,44, a random sample from severe anxiety22people as experimental object (experimental group) and control group for the remaining22students. The experimental group for8weeks,90/time,1time/day,2days/weeks of tennis teaching intervention; Control group to continue normal teaching arranged by school.Will be fun of tennis teaching experiment between experimental group and control group of normal tennis teaching group, group of transverse longitudinal comparison, comparing the change trend of anxiety level before and after the experiment, analysis of interesting tennis influence the effect of college students’ anxiety, to find the effective method of improve the anxiety of university studentsThe Research shows that:the anxiety index through comparison before and after the experiment, obviously, has very significant difference; While the control group by test anxiety index before and after the contrast is not obvious, with no significant difference. The experimental group and control group after experimental longitudinal comparison, ease the anxiety index, show significant difference.Results indicate that: the zung’s anxiety self-assessment scale measured with severe anxiety of college students in interesting tennis lessons for eight weeks after the experiment and the track access, individual investigation found that interesting tennis to ease college students anxiety, compared with the students in accordance with the normal tennis teaching in class, anxiety relief effect is obvious. So the argument:interesting tennis ease the anxiety of college students experimental research was established.Suggestion:should actively promote interest tennis lessons in colleges and universities to promote college students at the same time of abs, can alleviate psychological pressure, eliminate undesirable negative emotions, to be fully healthy development of body and mind, thereby promoting fun tennis in the sports teaching smoothly, enhance our team power, promote the development of the fun of tennis culture, and vigorously popularize in gout tennis in colleges and universities,for the development of education in colleges and universities play a positive role.
