With the progress of the times and people's increasing demands for quality of life,tennis has gradually developed into one of the most popular sporting events in the world.This has made China attach great importance to the development and progress of tennis.Starting from the first session of the Zhejiang University in 1994 to 2017,the National University Student Tennis Championships have been successfully held in the 22 nd session among colleges and universities across the country.This competition is currently the highest level of university student tennis tournaments within the various universities in China..In this paper,college tennis players from 135 colleges and universities across the country were selected as subjects through the use of the Psychometric Scale "Task Orientation and Self-Targeting in Sports Questionnaire" and the "State of the Competition Anxiety Questionnaire-2".Among them,81 boys and 54 girls and tennis players aged from 17 to 29 who participated in the 22 nd National College Tennis Championships conducted pre-game goal orientation and pre-game anxiety measurements to explore and study college tennis players Relationship between pre-targeting,anxiety,and performance.The results show that: 1.It was found that college tennis players of the mission-oriented type score better than self-directed types of college tennis players.The comparison between the third runner-up runner-up group and the other groups is only one self-directed type.The task orientation score of college tennis players follows.Declined with the decline in rankings.2.The length of training period has a direct impact on the athletic performance of college tennis players.The length of training period is significantly correlated with that of college tennis players.The longer the training period is,the more easily tennis players of university students get well in the competition.Achievements.3.The scores of college tennis players with lower cognitive anxiety scores are higher,and those of college tennis players with lower scores of cognitive anxiety have higher scores.The higher the score of cognitive anxiety,the higher the ranking is.On the back four,the better the scores of college tennis players are,the higher the rank is,the lower the score of physical anxiety.5.The state of self-confidence is directly related to the achievement obtained by college tennis players.6.There is a positive correlation between self-confidence and task orientation.State self-confidence is positively correlated with the scores achieved by college tennis players.There is a significant positive correlation between state self-confidence scores and task-oriented scores,and state self-confidence scores.High college tennis players also have higher scores for orientation,and the higher the athlete's level of self-confidence scores,the higher the score they get.7.Cognitive state anxiety and physical state anxiety are negatively related to achieving significant rankings.The higher the pre-competition anxiety score,the higher the athlete's athletic performance ranks later.8.The correlative analysis of cognitive state anxiety,physical state anxiety and state self-confidence has a significant negative correlation.The overall level of cognitive state anxiety and physical state anxiety of college tennis players with a high level of state confidence score will decline.Therefore,in the daily training life,it is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the anxiety level of the athletes,guide the athletes' task-orientation level,and in order to obtain good results in the competition,the level of self-confidence of the athletes must be improved in the daily training life.
