Biology is a natural science based on experiments.Both the establishment of biological concepts and the formation of laws depend on experiments.Biological experiments conducted by students are not only conducive to further understanding of biological concepts and laws,but also help to inspire positive thinking and cultivate scientific literacy.The Ministry of Education issued a new "General High School Biology Curriculum Standard" in 2017,which clearly put forward that subject literacy is the core.While experimental teaching is an important support for students achieving the core literacy of biology.It shows that carrying out experimental teaching is an indispensable means to fit the basic idea of the new curriculum standard and cultivate students' scientific literacy in biology teaching.The quality of experimental teaching can impact on the teaching effect directly.Optimizing the effectiveness of biology experimental teaching in middle school to enhance the effect of experimental teaching.First of all,this paper understands the current research situation and characteristics of domestic and foreign experimental teaching by consulting the related literature on biology experimental teaching and the effectiveness of experimental teaching,The three stages of experimental preparation stage,experimental implementation stage and experimental evaluation stage were investigated and studied by using questionnaires(students),interviews(staff),classroom observation,case analysis and other research methods.The senior high school students of a high school in Harbin to conduct a questionnaire survey,five biology teachers with more than five years of teaching experience and one laboratory administrators for interviews,and the experimental courses of the school guidance teachers for in-depth classroom observation were selected by the author.Master the current situation of school biology experiment teaching.A realistic foundation was laid for the formulation of strategies to cultivate students' scientific inquiry ability through carding of the current situation and analysing factors affected the effectiveness of biology experiment teaching.Find a reasonable solution to the identified problems,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategies for the three stages:1.Experimental preparation stage:(1)the leading learning strategy of the experiment(2)the teacher changes the fixed teaching concept strategy.2.Experimentalimplementation stage:(1)diversified teaching implementation strategies(2)optimizing and organization of experimental teaching strategies.3.Experimental evaluation stage:(1)diversification strategy of evaluation subjects(2)diversification evaluation method st rategy.Teaching design is designed to cultivate students' scientific inquiry ability based on the above strategies.Teaching practice verified the proposed strategy is effective or the students' scientific inquiry ability is improved.Finally,some conclusions are drawn as follows: 1.Students' preparation for preparation and teachers' preparation for pre-experiment emphasized can enhance students' enthusiasm and avail successful development of the experiment.2.Providing students with diversified teaching methods is conducive to the organic combination of knowledge to form an overall knowledge framework and promote students' real understanding of knowledge.3.Multi-directional evaluation and reflection can promote the emotional experience of common progress between teachers and students.Students can feedback teachers' omissions to teachers in time,and some teachers' skills can also be improved and refined in such a teaching relationship.4.The improved experimental design is verified,and the improved experimental effect is proved to be remarkable.
