As the preparation stage of kindergarten teachers’professional development, pre-employment training is not only the production process of a new teacher, but also the process for laying a solid foundation for personal and professional development and gaining experience, that has important meaning for developing a teacher’s belief, obtaining theoretical knowledge, training professional skills, etc. However, from the study of the current status of pre-kindergarten teacher’s vocational training it’s not difficult to find problems such as weighting theory more than practice, unreasonable schedule of courses, ignoring self-subject education and more.Being popular in the field of education recent years,"micro-lecture" is a kind of micro video cored, shortly refined, theme highlighted teaching resource. Its appearance and rapid development enhances the traditional mode of teaching and learning methods, even more, it also provide an opportunity for the optimization of kindergarten teachers training course in college. Therefore, this study is based on the major development of education informationiation and pre-school education, starting from the conflicts and problem of current kindergarten teacher training in college,trying to focus on researching and designing undergraduate course core lessons for pre-school education major, aiming to enhance the connection between theoretical knowledge and practice in pre-employment training for pre-school teachers, promote their development of professional.This research has completed the following tasks:First, make feasibility analysis of applying micro-lecture to pre-employment training for pre-school teacher in college based on the research of micro-lecture status and practice at home and abroad, current status of pre-employment training for pre-school teacher and relative learning theory, which is the theoretical basis of the study carried out.Second, based on the existing results of the micro-lecture practice in the field of higher education, view and learn by using video analysis method on micro-lecture works on websites like "FirstNationalUniversity micro-lecture teaching competition", and analyze micro-lecture design orientation of training for pre-school teacher in college from the property orientation, function orientation and application orientation. Third, taking grade two undergraduate students majored in pre-school education in one normal university in Shaanxi as research subjects, using action research method, relying on the background of construction of "the principle of pre-school education" national excellent teacher education resource sharing lessons, trying to focus on this pre-school core lesson, introduce the designing ideas and specific methods of micro-lecture made for pre-employment education for pre-school teacher from topic selecting, media design and script design, including both teachers lecture style and learner self-initiative style micro-lectures.Fourth, summarize and introspect advantages and disadvantages of this research based on practice research, and make an outlook for the development of micro-lecture applying in pre-employment training for pre-school teacher in college.
