A Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of Young Teachers In Colleges And Universities

The development of Internet has brought a dramatic change to human’s life. It not only changed the way of life, working and studying, but had a great effect on people’s thoughts and behaviors. Young teachers in high institution, who are shouldering the particular responsibility of imparting and educating, have witnessed the growth of internet and had internet involved in all aspects of their life and become an inevitable part of their life, therefore, they have deeply influenced by internet in their thoughts and behaviors. Furthermore, since China participated in WTO in2001, international communication has become more and more frequent and the policy of reforming and opening has been more and more reinforced, and especially the severe strike of commodity economy and political and cultural trends has gradually weakened the influence and power of traditional ideological and political education. Meanwhile, an invisible kind of ideological and political education through internet has demonstrated huge power, since it is more acceptable to young teachers and advantageous for them to develop political sense, value concept and professional ethics.The chairman Xi, Jin ping has once again emphasized the significance of ideological and political education for young teachers in high institution in the20th national high institution party construction conference in January2012; the Organization Department of the Central Committee, the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee, and the Ministry of Education released the Provision of Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political work of Young Teachers in High Institution in May2013, in which they have deployed the work of ideological and political education for young teachers in high institution and proposed clearly the innovation of net ideological and political education for young teachers in high institution.In the meantime, we should be aware that the development of internet brings opportunities as well as challenges for the ideological and political education for young teachers in high institution. Therefore, we should take advantage of internet and try to positively strengthen the net ideological and political education for young teachers in high institution.
