With the development of the new rural construction and the new-type urbanization,rural-urban fringe has became a kind of new geographical entity in today's society.With the flourishing of economy,compulsory school also has fast growth and plays an increasingly important role in promoting regional society.But which we cannot neglect is most rural-urban schools are composed of some rural schools.They generally have many traditional problems of rural schools,such as education idea and teaching body construction.Well equipped teachers lead to a powerful school.Young teachers as the new power of teaching body and education development,their political accomplishment is one of the most important factors of the reform of education and realization of educational objectives.Therefore,carrying out the ideological and political education of young teachers is important to the development of compulsory school.This paper is based on the questionnaire which aims at the young teachers in the seven compulsory schools of Dalian West Education Group.We know the problems of ideological and political education of young teachers in detail,and analyze the causes of these problems deeply.According to the above,we can come up with some feasible measures.In addition to the introduction part,this paper divides into four parts:The first part,mainly introduces the connotation and the importance of rural-urban fringe young teachers' ideological and political education.The second part introduces the basic situation of Dalian West Education Group.What's more,according to the questionnaire and interviews,we know the actual state of young teachers' ideological quality.And conclude the problems of young teachers' ideological and political education from the aspects of personage,school and society.The third part analyzes the causes of those problems,which exist in rural-urban fringe young teachers.It mainly including the deficiency of personal cognition,the lacking of schooling organization and the bad effects of social environment.The fourth part puts forward some measures to promote rural-urban fringe young teachers' ideological and political education from the aspects of personage,school and society,according to the actual of seven compulsory schools in Dalian West Education Group.Through the study of young teachers' ideological and political education in Dalian West Education Group,this paper hopes to provide some feasible countermeasures and makes guidance for other rural-urban fringe young teachers' ideological and political education,to promote the education of compulsory.
