With the rapid expansion of science and technology,nowadays society has turn into anew media time,the new media as a carrier gradually penetrate into people's lives and work.It provides a platform for people to acquire knowledge at different times and there is a subtle influence the development of ideological and political education.It plays an important role and influence on the ideological and moral,political consciousness and value judgment of young teachers.Improve the young teachers of ideological and political work certain opinions "form the young teachers of ideological and political education reform smoothly and achieved remarkable results,but in the new media times,there are still strong educational effectiveness and so many problems.New media in the convenience for young teachers,but also poses a challenge,which requires the actual situation of young teachers in colleges and universities ideological and political education effectiveness of research and exploration,and constantly improve the quality of education.By studying the topic,the practicality as the starting point,the questionnaire survey,clearthe connotation and evaluation standard,the influencing factors in-depth analysis,innovative media in the context of new media,and finally put forward specific ways to enhance the effectiveness.This paper follows the research logic of proposing-analyzing and solving the problem,and the effectiveness of the research thought and the young teachers,which mainly includes the following parts:The first part:is the introduction,the concept of this article to sort out.The second part:the definition of new media and the concept of definition,expounded the concept of effectiveness,evaluation criteria and research value,practical significance and theoretical value.The third part:in the combination of the questionnaire on the basis of its challengesand opportunities for in-depth and concrete analysis,in order to effectively enhance its effectiveness to provide objective facts.The fourth part mainly discusses the opportunities and challenges brought by the new media for the ideological and political education of young teachers in colleges and universities.The fifth part:discusses the principle of colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of the new media to adhere to the principle,for the next path to provide theoretical guidance.The sixth part:to face the opportunities and challenges as a starting point,trying to propose a comprehensive approach,which is the logical end of this article and the practical value of an important manifestation.
