The outbreak and spread of the financial crisis flourished education and training industry which is counter-cyclical. In China, high-end training industry is new but developed rapidly. Major colleges and universities have established training centers, such as the MBA Center, EMBA Center, EDP center, relying on its resources. However, though developed fast, but there are problems in China’s high-end training industry. Healthy development of education training market relates to accomplish of the grand goal of human resources making China more powerful and protection of the quality of civic education. Therefore, finding the problem of high-end training industry, exploring the healthy operational mechanism is the main goal of this study.End training industry has a high quality of service features, but development of the industry in the current high-end training time is shorter, the management system is not perfect backdrop for our high-end training industry. Service marketing applications in the high-end training industry both in theory and in practice are relatively scarce. From high-end training industry perspective of sustainable development, the future of high-end training industry and services, marketing integration is the inevitable requirement for the future development of the industry.This paper reviews the high-end training industry, service marketing theories and collected before the end of the current problems in the training industry. Subsequently7Ps theory based on service marketing, from product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process. This paper describes several aspects of HUST University of EDP center mode of operation and the current service marketing strategies. Subsequently, through the questionnaire on customer perception of service quality to investigate the situation, identify HUST of EDP center service marketing problems, and make recommendations accordingly. |
