Research On Improving The Comprehensive Quality Of University Student Cadres In Armed Police Force

At present, the local college students have gradually become the main force of cadres. How to make the most of local college students to achieve the "two changes" in a short period of time, so they developed the biggest potential, making it a good role to play in the development of the army, is the main problem to solve in this paper.This article targets j force stationed in Shanghai, through literature research, comparative analysis and case study methods to analyses the status quo in which the force of local college students, its advantages, problems and other conditions, in order to analysis the existing problems in the local college students police, and from the system policy, idea factors, incentives, ability to analyze reasons for unsatisfactory, and sums up the reasons, to provide a decision-making method for police solve this problem.In addition, through the theoretical research on human resource management and incentive theory as the logical starting point, and learn from other areas and foreign troops on the successful experience of human resource development, to enrich and improve the police for the local college students management strategy, to accelerate the conversion of local students adapt to the process, give full play to their role. On this basis, the occupation career for the local college students police in the research and design of science, put forward in the ’recruitment, education, development, review’ aspects of the new control strategy; and through further optimization of incentive mechanism, material incentive mechanism, atmosphere and incentive mechanism, target incentive mechanism, care incentive mechanism, incentive system framework, in order to achieve the goal of encouraging local college students. This study is not only to explore the scientific way of police cadre management, to provide suggestions have certain reference, and has been applied to the management practice of university students, and in the actual comparison confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of the above method.
